I had started my planning journey with a different planner and unfortunately found myself seeking more help than I was getting and that’s when I found TPT! Working with TPT was a breath of fresh air from day 1. I selected Wedding Management with the Design add-on. Working directly with Taylor Paige on the design is the reason my vision came to life better than I ever could have imagined - from dozens of conversations tweaking colors and tiny to details to finding little ways to bring a cohesiveness throughout to pointing me in exactly the right directions for the remaining vendors I needed, I felt like she was the know-er of all things and I could put all of my trust in her. "I cannot say enough kind words about The Perfect Touch KC! From the very start of planning to literally midnight on our wedding day (and even afterward, as they returned items for us in the following days), they were helpful every step of the way.
We booked the design package, so Taylor started working with us months in advance—helping us pick out table decor, centerpieces, florals, and so much more. It was such a joy having her guidance, especially when those decisions felt overwhelming on my own!
One of the biggest reliefs was not having to coordinate with all the vendors myself. Taylor joined us in those meetings and handled so many details behind the scenes—it took so much pressure off our shoulders. As the wedding got closer, having her there for final walkthroughs and decision-making gave us so much peace of mind.

I also added on the decor/signage package which is what Taylor helped with. She was so happy and positive making the process with each vendor so easy. The most amazing part in my opinion was the final month leading up to our wedding, and the wedding day. The final month should seem like a time to be stressed, but Heather took over the majority of contact with each vendor and had us on a schedule where mostly everything was already figured out. I loved that nothing felt like it was rushed or last minute. Day of our wedding could not have been more perfect. Still to this moment, if things went wrong, I do not know about it. Heather and her team did an amazing job of helping vendors and being there for my bridesmaids, family, and my Husband and I. With a wedding being such an important day in anyone's life, I can not recommend hiring The Perfect Touch KC enough. Even though I did not experience planning without them, I know my wedding planning experience was 1,000x better because of them. "Michelle was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding on November 1, and was the perfect person to help us with our day! Leading up to the event, she was so organized and communicative in all our meetings, and made sure that everything we wanted to happen the day of would. "If I could give Taylor and her team 100 stars I would! Right from the very beginning after meeting with multiple vendors I knew Taylor was the one. Our wedding was over 8 months ago, and I'm still daydreaming about how perfect of a day it was - and SO much of that is due to Taylor & her team. I truly can't imagine my day without them there. From the months of planning meetings to the very last second of our day, Taylor was there through it all and made it so perfect. I will be the first to admit that I initially did not want to use a planner (as would my husband). Now, looking back, we would do it 100 times over. Taylor's calm and organized demeanor made me feel SO at ease during the entire planning process, which made my engagement feel so much less stressful. She outlined each next step for me without overwhelming me with every single to-do that we had over the full year and a half of planning together. In my worst moments of being indecisive and panicked, Taylor reminded me of our priorities and patiently guided me through the entire process. (A few things did go wrong, as they do, but I barely noticed because of Taylor's quick fixes.) "If we were getting married again the first vendor we would hire would be Taylor and The Perfect Touch. Throughout the entire process - from our consultation call, to the weekend of our wedding, to the days that follow - Taylor was such an incredible person to have by our side.
We utilized TPT’s Wedding Management package as I wanted the experience of planning myself, but never once felt that we were not as important to Taylor and her team as couples using their full planning service. It is truly amazing that Taylor is frequently balancing multiple weddings because the attention and dedication you receive will make you feel like you are the only couple on her calendar. In addition to our Zoom meetings in the weeks leading up to our wedding, Taylor was always willing to answer any questions we had via email, provide recommendations for vendors, communicate with our full vendor team to manage timelines, and was always a text away offering encouragement and cheering on our love story. She even helped me pull off a surprise getaway car with my husband being none the wiser.
In the three months since our wedding numerous guests (including our officiant, a bridesmaid, and multiple family members) have mentioned Taylor by name and said that our wedding was the most organized wedding they have ever attended. We had one minor hiccup with another vendor, but TPT addressed the issue so quickly and professionally I am the only one who knew - and I had completely forgotten well before I walked down the aisle because Taylor had it handled.
We could go on and on detailing all of the ways Taylor not only made the wedding of our dreams a reality, but how important and supported she made us feel. Instead, to sum up an already very long review: 5 Stars. 10/10. Would recommend.

"Taylor Paige and The Perfect Touch KC were the best decisions we ever made to have for our wedding! We did the Full Planning Package, and because of our busy schedules, it was 1000% worth it! I loved how we had monthly check ins, and Taylor ensured that we were on track with everything. This specifically was amazing, as I was able to enjoy this time being engaged and not constantly worried about planning/stresses with planning. We also had monthly emails that detailed out what payments were due, so we didn't miss anything! Taylor was with us every step of the way and even attended all the vendor calls with us so we weren't alone. They were very communicative. They accommodated all of our requests, even the difficult ones. "How rare is it to hear that a bride was not stressed on her wedding day? Coming from Taylor’s clients, I’m sure it isn’t rare at all, which is exactly why you need to hire her!! Taylor Paige was my month of coordinator. I decided to only go with month of coordination because I’m a big planner myself, but little did I know what I was getting myself in to. Looking back on it now, I wish I would have hired her for full planning, not only to take away some of the stress that comes along with planning, but to just hang out with her for a bit longer than we got to. Planning a big wedding can be very stressful, Taylor always reassured me things would work out and guided me in the right direction with a Todo list. "Taylor is quite literally a god send! The amount of people leading up to our wedding who would comment “wow you guys are so chill for a couple getting married in a week or so”. "If you can’t decide if you need a planner - you do. And if you want the best of the best, hire The Perfect Touch KC (TPT). Taylor Paige and I initially crossed paths on Instagram several months before I was engaged. We bonded over being math nerds and commented on each other's posts/stories for months. When I got engaged, Taylor Paige was the first vendor I reached out to. I booked her Wedding Management package where she jumps in to finalize details at the end of the planning process and coordinate your big day. I later added her Design and Rental package which allowed me to rent most of my decor from her inventory and have her team setup/teardown everything.
I cannot recommend TPT enough. Having her coordinate my wedding day felt like I had a friend alongside me - not someone I hired. She is incredibly talented, and it’s easy to see why she’s won Best in KC multiple years in a row. One thing that really stood out to me through all of our meetings and wedding day was how focused she was on ME. Even if someone else was giving an opinion or suggestion, she was watching me to see how I reacted and what I thought. As an introvert who’s sometimes drowned out by the louder voices in the room, this meant a lot.
I don’t think a single thing went wrong on my wedding day (or if it did, I didn’t know about it), and that is the opposite of what I had seen in all of the wedding groups I was in. Everyone said not to sweat the little details that go wrong because you’ll be the only one who knows about them, but I truly can’t think of a single thing that was out of place.
Everyone in the bridal party, as well as our families, raved about Taylor Paige. She was absolutely critical in making my wedding day so effortless, and I can’t thank her enough."

"As someone who is very organized and detail oriented myself, I originally didn’t think I needed a coordinator. However, a friend highly recommended Taylor so my fiancé and I hired her and BOY are we glad we did. Hands down the best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. Taylor is a rare mix of methodical and the best hype woman you could ever want. There were multiple instances where she caught oversights on our end or on the vendor side (it can happen more easily than you think when there are 500 tiny details to keep track of!). Not only that, but Taylor is highly connected and well-respected in the wedding world and I didn’t realize how valuable those relationships were until we had to find a new photographer a month out from our wedding and she found a new one within 24 hours. Not to mention, her ability to negotiate and her attention to detail meant avoiding costs that we would have otherwise incurred because of our lack of knowledge and/or connections. Taylor is essentially the best insurance policy you can get for your wedding - she’s the first one to jump in if something goes wrong, and, really, she catches it before it even does. Not only that, but she knew exactly what to say when the nerves or stress were taking over and she truly made it the best day of our lives. The whole team jumped in and helped us with place settings, refilling waters, anything that we needed. When we had problems with outdoor items falling in waters, they jumped back and helped us replace and refill so that we could get dinner out as well. Super helpful the whole night! I absolutely loved having TPT on our vendor team this weekend. Heather did a really great job of directing the coordinator team and all the other vendors throughout the room flip process.
