The perfect touch made our wedding day as seamless and perfect as can be. They communicated with vendors so I didn’t have to and they kept all of my payments/ contracts on track so we could be prepared for the day. From the very beginning, they were attentive and
responded very quickly to every email and phone call I had. They came to our meetings ready to share ideas and they made me feel like I was their only client, even though I may have been their 10th meeting that day. They also made everything feel so comfortable as if I was just meeting a friend for coffee but also planning the best night of my life. I truly will miss our monthly meetings.
Heather was our lead coordinator for our wedding and I cannot say enough great things about her. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I messaged her multiple times with concerns and she put out every fire I brought her way and was always one step ahead of me.
On the day of the wedding, she was there for me the entire day making sure every single need or want was taken care of. She went out of her way to make sure that it was seamless. I remember at the end of the night, the floral company was going to start taking down and she ensured that they didn’t take anything away until after our final dance so we could get the pictures we wanted at the end of the night. Small things like this just show how much she cares about every one of her brides and wants to make sure the day is nothing less than perfect. I would recommend Heather and the rest of the perfect touch team to anyone planning a wedding if you want the day to be the day of your dreams!

"I cannot say enough good things about The Perfect Touch KC. Heather was so amazing with keeping me on track, recommending amazing vendors, and keeping every contract and payment organized. She guided me through the entire process and answered all questions I had at any time of the day. I will miss our meetings because she brought such a fun and comfortable vibe. I also added on the decor/signage package which is what Taylor helped with. She was so happy and positive making the process with each vendor so easy. The most amazing part in my opinion was the final month leading up to our wedding, and the wedding day. The final month should seem like a time to be stressed, but Heather took over the majority of contact with each vendor and had us on a schedule where mostly everything was already figured out. I loved that nothing felt like it was rushed or last minute. Day of our wedding could not have been more perfect. Still to this moment, if things went wrong, I do not know about it. Heather and her team did an amazing job of helping vendors and being there for my bridesmaids, family, and my Husband and I. With a wedding being such an important day in anyone's life, I can not recommend hiring The Perfect Touch KC enough. Even though I did not experience planning without them, I know my wedding planning experience was 1,000x better because of them. I appreciate Heather and the entire team for making our day happen without a flaw. If you are looking for a planner, you found the one!!!!"

"Heather and the Perfect Touch are the MOST amazing wedding planners to work with!! We started our planning journey over a year out from our wedding date, and Taylor and Heather were with us for every step of the planning process. Any questions I had were immediately answered, and any questions or worries I had were addressed promptly. It was truly such a blessing to know I was never going to forget something - because they were always five steps ahead of me! Heather was by my side all day long on my wedding day - and she honestly felt more like my friend than our planner! She consistently asked if there was anything I needed and made sure things were handled without worrying me. Seriously.. even someone who was a very Type A bride, it really made my wedding day so peaceful and enjoyable. I truly cannot say enough good things about Heather and the Perfect Touch team. I recommend them to ANYONE who is getting married - whether you think you need a planner or not. Trust me, YOU DO! Thank you to the whole team who made my wedding day perfect. "Wow! The Perfect Touch truly made our wedding day everything we dreamt of and more. We were lucky enough to have Heather as our lead and I can’t say thank you enough for all she did. In moments of uncertainty or stress she made everything feel at ease. When a few hiccups arose, she was there to fix and make me feel calm. She was beyond kind and professional! "If I could write a 10,000 word essay as to why you should choose The Perfect Touch KC, I would. But to keep it short & sweet… Taylor and our Lead Coordinator, Heather, were the absolute BEST money we could have spent. We had a previous planner become unresponsive about 5 months out from our wedding day. The Perfect Touch KC stepped up and brought my vision to life. They were great listeners, asked the right questions, and did not let a detail go unnoticed. Heather came with me to all of our wedding appointments and made notes so I did not have to worry about anything. Our wedding day was SO SO perfect and it was in large part to Heather and her team. I get sad thinking back to our wedding on April 15 because I want to relive the day over and over. But I am so incredibly happy because everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. I was not stressed about anything on my wedding which is exactly how it should be! I would recommend the perfect touch team 10000%."

"Heather is a rockstar! Her communication in the planning process was always quick, direct, and she had all the details - even when I had to ask the same questions over again because I forgot! The whole team jumped in and helped us with place settings, refilling waters, anything that we needed. When we had problems with outdoor items falling in waters, they jumped back and helped us replace and refill so that we could get dinner out as well. Super helpful the whole night! I absolutely loved having TPT on our vendor team this weekend. Heather did a really great job of directing the coordinator team and all the other vendors throughout the room flip process. The whole vendor team was able to work as a true team and help each other out throughout the night. Extra rock star points for helping with everything on the room flip as well! I was so impressed with the TPT Team's not only willingness but want to go above and beyond when mother nature (the crazy wind) decided that we needed to replace waters for guests in the middle of dinner service. It was so helpful that we were able to keep going and not delay dinner during that time! Amazing job with another TPT wedding!"
