Robin, founder of Love Notes, is a Los Angeles native and lifelong creative known for creating art that feels vibrant, different, and deeply personal. As the oldest of seven, connection has always come naturally to her — and that translates into the way she shows up on wedding days. She created Love Notes and it was built on the belief that real emotion will always matter more than perfection. Every couple she works with is made to feel seen, special, and like their love is the moment everything revolves around, because that is the standard she brings to every moment she captures. She documents love as it truly unfolds so couples can relive their day without missing what made it meaningful. With a focus on presence, energy, and storytelling, Love Notes delivers an experience that feels both elevated and deeply human.
Robin founded Queerly Beloved to push the wedding industry forward. She recognized that queer couples were often not intentionally centered, and set out to create meaningful change through both community and creativity. This annual styled shoot blends education and artistry while preserving authenticity. It sets a higher standard for how queer love is represented. The intention is not just to create beautiful imagery, but to ensure couples are never treated as a checkbox, but rather as stories worthy of depth, care, and celebration, supported by a trusted network of vendors who stand confidently in their corner.

Taylor Paige is the founder of The Perfect Touch KC, a wedding planning and design company rooted in celebrating every love story. She is known for blending thoughtful logistics with deeply personal relationships. With a strong background in logistics, Taylor Paige brings precision, efficiency, and organization to every celebration she plans, ensuring each wedding is as seamless behind the scenes as it is beautiful. Her approach is rooted in intentional connection, prioritizing genuine relationships with her couples - she truly feels like a best friend by the wedding day! Passionate about building community within the wedding industry, she is dedicated to fostering collaboration among vendors and creating spaces where all love stories are celebrated with equal care, joy, and intention.

With nearly a decade of experience in the beauty industry, she has built a team known for creating timeless, personalized looks that help every client feel confident and celebrated on their wedding day. Lovely Beauty KC proudly serves couples across Kansas City and beyond, offering an inclusive and welcoming experience for all.

Ashley Hotka
FLORIST, GOOD EARTH FLORAL DESIGN STUDIO
Some of Ashley's earliest memories center around unwinding and playing with her grandmother's rolls of ribbons and floral tape while she made fresh floral designs for weddings. Over the years, that creative spark grew, leading her to open and own Good Earth Floral Design Studio for over 16 years. Ashley's passion has expanded from simply loving the art of floristry to being obsessed with the role floristry plays in creating the most special moments for clients and their wedding day. To Ashley, it is an absolute thrill to make sure each touchpoint for our clients is something that brings joy, peace, and a spark of inspiration to their experience.
Ashley is passionate about cultivating personal and professional environments that celebrate diversity, teamwork, creativity, and kindness. Outside of her work, Ashley's family is her joy and the real "why" behind her drive to continue growing the Good Earth brand and collaborating on passion projects. It is Ashley's hope that when you meet her you can feel the love for the floral artistry Good Earth creates and the boundless passion for a future where everyone has the right to a life of inclusion, joy, and peace.

Broc is the Owner + CEO of Le Luci Lighting & Design, where he helps lead the creative direction and production behind the company’s lighting, draping and rental services. With a background in the wedding and event industry and years of hands-on experience building immersive event environments, Broc is passionate about transforming spaces and helping couples bring their vision to life in a way that feels elevated, seamless, and uniquely them.

Known for a calm presence and deep care, Halle creates photographs that feel lived in and artful. Calling Kansas City home and traveling worldwide, Halle serves those who want to remember the feeling, who value meaning, memory, and collaborative creativity. It's cozy compositions married with storytelling and sentiment. It's how taking photographs should always feel, just the right amount of direction, observation, and romance all around.
Bailey Driver
STATIONERY + SIGNAGE, BRANDED BY BEE
Bailey is a Kansas City-based wedding stationer and graphic designer, delivering bespoke designs that are all yours and a little extra.

Liz Spencer
Meet Liz Spencer, the founder and designer at Bridal by SHL. A bridal boutique and design house located in the Kansas City Northland. Liz has a birth injury causing permanent paralysis in her right arm, and has greatly shaped the accessible and accommodating atmosphere that Bridal by SHL brings to the bridal gown market in Kansas City.
