From the very beginning, you've been so much more than just a wedding coordinator. You've been a calm presence, a clear thinker, and at times the only person keeping me grounded. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming under any circumstances, but for someone like me who struggles with social anxiety, it could have been absolutely paralyzing. But because of your calm, confident, and compassionate guidance, I never felt lost or alone in the process.
Your organizational l skills are unmatched. Every time I thought of a detail that might have slipped through the cracks, you had already handled it or at the very least had a solid plan in place. I never had to second-guess timelines, vendors, or logistics, and that kind of trust is truly pricesless during such an emotion and busy time.
But beyond just the practical stuff, what meant the most to me was how seen and heard you made me feel. You answered every single one my (many!) questions with patience and kindness, never once making me feel like a burden. You celebrated the wins with me, reassured me through the stress, and always made time for even the smallest concerns. I never once felt like "just another client." You made me feel like my wedding really mattered to you and that made all the difference.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you for making the planning process not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable. Thank you for helping me feel confident and supported. Thank you for your professionalism, your warmth, and commitment to making everything perfect.

"I don't even know where to begin so I'll try my best to articulate how much TPT & especially our head planner Michelle meant not only to us & our special day but to our entire family as well. I can't keep track of the immense amount of compliments we received about Michelle & Chloe-- our vendors kept telling me how on top of everything they both were, how seamlessly they ran the entire weekend, & how organized they kept every single vendor & family member. Our families joked with us that before the wedding they were a little confused why we "needed" a wedding planner, but they were floored by the work Michelle, Chloe, & Abby did & still haven't stopped talking about The Perfect Touch. My family said that they would be gifting a wedding planner for our siblings future weddings. I have never heard so many compliments from top to bottom! I miss Michelle already!! "We were beyond impressed with everyone at The Perfect Touch! I originally thought “We don’t need a wedding planner, I can do it all on my own!” Now looking back, there is NO WAY I could have pulled off the magic that Michelle did. "Michelle was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding on November 1, and was the perfect person to help us with our day! Leading up to the event, she was so organized and communicative in all our meetings, and made sure that everything we wanted to happen the day of would. She was so efficient in communicating with vendors, and got everyone and everything in place. The day went off without a hitch, and any minor things that happened she was on top of it. She dealt with our whole family and coordinating vendors with such grace and ease, and her team was also amazing with set-up and just helping throughout the night. As the bride, who is very type A and had everything planned out, she took over on the day of and I was able to just relax and be present in the moment. Everyone says your wedding day is a whirlwind that you won’t remember, but we were able to just be there and get married because of Michelle! Would highly recommend Michelle and The Perfect Touch!"

"We had Michelle as our day-of coordinator for my wedding in October 2024, and she was absolutely amazing. Leading up to the wedding she answered any and all questions, had a quick response time, was extremely helpful when I was unsure of something and helped me out immensely. Day of the wedding she was the best at keeping me calm, making sure everything ran smooth, helped be an additional voice to communicate to my vendors, and was there for me through it all. I knew I could look to her to help me out with anything, and appreciate how she went above and beyond to make my day even better than I could have ever imagined. Michelle is so sweet, genuine, and you could tell that she puts her heart into this job for her couples and we could not thank her enough! For anyone reading these reviews, I would recommend Michelle, and The Perfect Touch to all of my friends and family for their wedding. They helped with set up, day-of coordination and take down and I only have positive things to say about them all. She helped my daughter plan her special day down to every minute! What a huge difference it makes to have someone helping you stay on schedule on one of the biggest days of your life! "Michelle was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding day. I cannot imagine what our day would have looked like without her. There are so many little details that we simply didn't think about that Michelle brought up for discussion. "Michelle from the perfect touch KC was literally a gift from God. No exaggeration 😂 I could write a review 100 times over gushing about Michelle and how well she took care of us. Not only is she well organized, patient, consistent, and efficient... but she's also so kind, thoughtful, funny, and just a wonderful person all around. I felt like I was walking along side a close friend all day long. She kept me on schedule and every time I had a question for her, she always had an answer. And if there were any problems on wedding day, I truly never knew about them. The day was so beautiful and better than I ever imagined. "I cannot say enough good things about The Perfect Touch KC! I met Taylor as I was still trying to decide what venue to use, if I wanted a coordinator, and how all that worked and right away, I knew they were the ones! She made everything seem so easy and seamless from the beginning! And our lead coordinator Michelle, was truly the sweetest and most helpful human ever! Planning a wedding from a different state can bring along its own challenges but there was never a question or problem that Michelle and the team didn't have an answer for! Michelle was always eager to help me with whatever I needed! Between answering all of my questions, going to vendor meetings when I couldn't and face timing me in, helping with napkin color choices, and making my champagne spray reception entrance dream come true, she was simply the best! I felt like I had one of my best friends with me throughout the whole process and especially on the day of! Our parents, wedding party, vendors, and guests all commented on how great she was! And TPTKC gives you so many behind the scene photos and videos from throughout your day to look back on the next day! I can't explain to you how amazing that was, to be able to relive the day together, cry together, and just reminisce on the day. Michelle did not miss a single thing! "Wow! No words could ever describe how thankful I am for Michelle. I truly thought a wedding planner was overrated and never thought I would need one. I was so so wrong. Michelle has been the easiest to work with, kept me reminded of my to-dos, and always helped if needed. I can truly say she felt like an older sister I never had but always wanted. We just clicked! She helped me do absolutely everything. She is so personable, caring, supporting, but such an amazing hype man! I did not stress one bit on my day. "Michelle was AMAZING! I worked with Michelle in both pre-planning and on-site on the day-of. I don't always get to meet vendors face-to-face at each event but Michelle went out of her way to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything when I arrived at breakdown that evening. Many times, I never see the planner or they don't make an exerted effort to meet all of their vendors and ask how they can help but Michelle did the opposite, she was wonderful and such a bubbly & personality even after a full day of planning and execution! It made me feel great and loved getting to meet the planner behind the emails! Cheers to her and her team, they were great - no feedback to make it better (wish we could replicate you all for every wedding planner!!) Can't wait to work with you all again soon!"
