"Where do I even begin?! Working with The Perfect Touch KC team - Taylor and Paxton - were hands down one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding planning journey. These two are a dream team in every sense.
Taylor is the kind of person you instantly trust and is truly a creative force. She has this rare ability to take your ideas and turn them into something breathtaking. She guided me through every detail with care and intention, and made me feel like more than just a client. Her warmth, talent, support and calm energy were everything I needed throughout the process and I am beyond grateful for her.
Paxton, our Coordinator, kept everything running so smoothly behind the scenes, made sure no detail was missed, and was always ten steps ahead. But what really stood out was her presence. She's the kind of person who brings calm to chaos and joy to stressful moments. Her professionalism is unmatched and she brings heart into everything she does. Our day truly would not have been the same without her.
On our wedding day, I looked around in complete awe. Everything was flawless. It all came together so beautifully and that is entirely thanks to this incredible team. They brought our vision to life in a way I never could have imagined.

"PAXTON and the TPT TEAM are worth every penny. Truly. I knew as a Type A and organized bride, I didn't want to have to worry about a THING when it came to the day of the wedding - I knew I wanted to hire a team that I knew I could whole heartedly trust to organize and lead us throughout our wedding. Paxton and the TPT team exceeded my expectations there. Paxton helped guide me through the final wedding planning details, called out areas of consideration and ensured we thought through everything leading up until the day. When our wedding day came, I saw first hand why we hired her - she kept everyone organized, laid out details and timelines to all vendors, all while leading with kindness and love; she brought a light to our day truly. Paxton and her TPT team (Abby and Emma) set up our dream venue space and executed our vision even better than imagined. "I had sought out a wedding coordinator at the beginning of our wedding planning journey and landed on The Perfect Touch because of all the positive reviews and awards they've received over the years, but I wasn't prepared for the impact the coordinator we were paired with would have on our lives beyond just our wedding day. From our very first meeting with Paxton, I could tell she was super detail oriented, organized and experienced in all things wedding and it made us feel immediately at ease and taken care of. Fast forward to the wedding day and it was an absolute dream. We didn't worry about a single thing all day long and everything ran so smoothly. It was truly like having a fairy godmother following us around and guiding us into the next thing we needed to do so we truly didn't have to think about anything else except for enjoying our wedding day and that was beyond priceless. Paxton became like family to us after the wedding was over, and we can't thank her (or Annie) enough for everything they did to make sure our big day was flawless. If you're looking for a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, I highly recommend The Perfect Touch, worth every penny and then some, love you guys!!!"

"Have you ever met someone that you instantly clicked with and just felt like you’ve known them for years?? Well that was exactly how I felt working with Paxton! I’m not sure how TPT decided to pair Paxton with Jacob&I but I am beyond grateful that they did because it couldn’t have been a better match! Paxton was professional, detail oriented, provided quick communication, and was beyond attentive to all our wants/needs as well as those of our family and friends. On a day that is meant to be all about us, I was honestly pretty worried since I am not the type of person who likes to be the center of attention at all but she made sure to be my biggest hype girl; her positive attitude and contagious happy energy made me feel so confident and excited to soak in all the love and attention being poured around me. Hiring TPT was the best decision made when planning our wedding. We had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding because we knew we were in good hands. I’m thankful that we had the best wedding planner in the game and even more thankful for the beautiful friendship that came out of it!"

"We worked with Taylor and Paxton to coordinate our wedding reception. We had several meetings with them leading up to our wedding reception and we covered all details and timelines. They were very communicative. They accommodated all of our requests, even the difficult ones. WE were the ones that were difficult to get a hold of because of all the events leading up to the big day, but Taylor and Paxton worked around our schedules and made it work.
The wedding reception itself was perfect. Everything was executed as we had discussed. Paxton is a rockstar and knows what she is doing. They were with us all the way and we trusted them to get everything done.
Indian weddings are big, and sometimes could be a lot to handle. But The Perfect Touch crew handled things with ease. If you need a wedding planner or coordinator, look no further!!"

"THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! Paxton was my go-to girl for the last 10 weeks and especially on wedding day. Literally the best day of my life! We had the best day ever with the best vendors! You did so good at organizing everything and keeping us on track with time! Even when things didn’t go as planned you still reminded me that it was our day and no one else even knew and YOU WERE RIGHT! I am so grateful that we had the best team on our side for our big day! All of the decor looked stunning, it was everything that I had envisioned and then some!
